I’ll guide you through each session, ensuring you have a positive and peaceful experience every time.
My sessions are conducted on Zoom/Teams/Google Meet/Skype, making it easy and convenient for you to join from the comfort of your own home. I do both group or one-to-one sessions. All my sessions are pay-as-you-like-it.
I know that everyone has a different schedule, so I offer a variety of session durations and times to accommodate everyone’s needs. Whether you’re an early bird or a night owl, I have a session that’ll work for you:
A 15 to 20-minute session that includes:
- Simplified Yoga Nidra
- Scanning of the body and breath
- Whole-body relaxation
- Blessings and gratefulness
A longer 45 to 60-minute session that includes:
- Four Immeasurable (loving-kindness, compassion, appreciative joy, and equanimity)
- Seven Chakras.
