Designing Learning Experiences

    We have covered a lot of theory, let’s move to now understand how to apply our learnings.

    Before we proceed to application part, I want you all understand one things as IDs our role is NOT to churn content after content but to provide a purpose-driven performance problem solution. The performance may require Knowledge, Skill, or Aptitude/Attitude (KSA) enhancement/correction individually or a mix of all. The solutions may be in the form of learning experiences, such as Workflow Learning,self-paced learning, workshop or more.

    What I will do is select a subject/topic and then we will dissect and understand the different content types that make up the subject and how do we go about creating the learning experience.
